Our Process

1. Site Concepts & Presentation
Based on our initial discussions our design team will begin work on a series of homepage concepts for the desktop. Once complete we present these options for your review and selection. Included are 2 rounds of client revisions to the final approved designs.

2. Site Development
When we receive approval for the final design concept, development work begins on a fully working version of your website on our offline testing server. Once development has been completed and tested, we will provide you with an offline location where you can view a fully working version of your new website.

3. Client Review Process
It’s back to you now to review and test that the new site meets all your requirements. Any alterations can be submitted as a list or in a face to face review. Included in this stage is 1 round of client revisions.

4. Site Launch
Once you are happy with the site and we have completed final testing across all popular browsers and devices, all that remains is to make the site live. For brand new sites it is as easy as flicking a switch. If we are replacing an existing website all care is taken to ensure any existing rank is carried forward to the new site. Once live, further testing of all site features is carried out.

5. Site Admin Access
Once the site is live we can provide you access to the admin area and a brief over the phone training session with instructions on how to update your site content.

6. Warranty Period
All our websites come with a 30 day free maintenance warranty period, in which we will correct any issues within the scope of work. Beyond this period we suggest our monthly proactive maintenance or SEO programs to ensure the site remains secure, growing targeted traffic and becoming a valuable sales tool.
