FAQ

Does your hosting include an email service?
It does include the basic Cpanel email services, however we do not offer an IT support service, so using these email services would be at your own risk. We can recommend some great companies that are more skilled in this area and can make a recommendation if required. We also recommend the popular G Suite or Office 365 solutions, which we are happy to configure your hosting to work with.

I can get hosting cheaper elsewhere?
We understand there are many hosting providers that offer cheaper hosting services. Our hosting is provided from a Sydney based data centre, by a Sydney based team, both at our agency and also our service providers. Another key difference is that our hosting is only provided to our clients websites and not other random websites that can cause load or security issues. We have invested heavily in creating an optimised hosting environment for maximum uptime, security and website speed for our clients.

I can get a domain names cheaper elsewhere?
There are many domain providers that offer cheaper domain names which you may prefer to use if you have technical knowledge. Our domain service includes management of all the technical details on your behalf by our inhouse team.

What format is your hosting?
Our hosting uses the popular Cpanel hosting software and supports the LAMP environment, which includes Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP. This highly utalised format is perfect for out of the box website software such as Wordpress as well as custom developed solutions.

I already have an IT provider who looks after my domain and email?
That's fine, we can work with your provider to point the web traffic only to your new website hosted on our server, that way your domain and email remain untouched and you get the benefits of our quality hosting.
