  • Payment terms are NET30 for approved account holders, otherwise COD
  • Work over $500+GST will require a 50% deposit, with balance due on comlpetion
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days
  • All quoted production work inlcudes 1 round of client revisions, unless otherwise specified
  • Additional rounds of revisions are charged at our hourly rate of $165+GST, version numbers are incidated in file names of supplied proofs
  • Items such as stock images, photography, copy writing, detailed image retouching, animation and illustrations may incur additional costs unless otherwise specified on quotation
  • Thomas Marsden does not offer an IT support service
  • Websites developed by Thomas Marsden include a 3 month warrenty only, any required fixes, browser testing or alterations after this period are charged accordingly
