OUR PROCESS

1. Quote & Brief
All graphic design projects begin their life in the quote and briefing process. Whether you prefer to communicate over the phone, email, video chat or in person, we certainly can accommodate.

2. Artwork Production
Once the quote is approved, the brief finalised and we have received all your content, your project will be scheduled for production by our design team, at which time can provide an estimate of turnaround time for the first proof.

3. Proofing
All artwork proofs are emailed as PDF files for client review with information such as the version number and any further requirement or comments.

4. Client Revisions
The majority of projects include in the quote 1 round of client revisions. These may be submitted via an emailed PDF (in file comments or marked documents scanned), over the phone or face-to-face. Our design team will complete the updates as soon as possible.

5. Final Artwork
When artwork approval is received, our design team will produce the final, high resolution material ready for printing or supply to the publication or supplier.
